This project tracks one of the main KPIs for the supply organization. The key metric is % Underdelivery as my team is tasked with reducing this to 5% or lower. If we can reach this goal it will save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in 2023.
While these dashboards may appear a bit busy they do a great job of providing high level KPIs and allowing the user to dig into the underlying data.
